Do you provide blank hats?

Sure, we have various blank hats for you.

Do you do any custom work?

Yes, we do custom orders according to your requirement. The style. fabric, color, logo, size, and label are all acceptable for customization.

May I add my logo on hats?

Of course, we provide you with a variety of LOGO customization services, embroidery, printing&, etc. According to your customization requirements, our designers will provide design drafts for you to be confirmed.

Can you make custom packaging for the hats?

Yes, we can. Please tell us what kind of package you want to use.

Sample and sample time?

Yes, we can offer available sample free for quality checking purposes, but we charge for custom design logo sample. Sample charge will be quoted after received your custom details.

What’s the MOQ?

Generally, MOQ for OEM is 500pcs, the MOQ of ODM is only 48pcs, the MOQ of blank hats is only 24pcs.

Do you have a catalog?

Yes, we have catalog. Click Resources—Document Download to get all catalogs. Or contact our custom consultant to get catalog.

Will a customer service answer me?

Yes, we have specialized consultants who can provide you with customized services and wholesale hats. They will help you before and after the payment.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. The more, the cheaper.

Do you have your own factory?

Yes, we are one-stop solution provider of hats and accessories with 25-year experience, and our production base covers an area of land of 61000++ sq.m.

What is the order process?

Step 1: Get a quote.Send us a detailed description of the hat, wholesale blank hats or custom hats, such as custom logo, custom material.

Step 2: Sampling (15 to 30 days). We will make mock up according to your description, after paying the sample fee, we will make the sample.

Step 3: Bulk production (20 to 45 days). Once the sample is approved, we will launch the bulk production.

Step 4: Delivery. We will ship according to your schedule,by air, by ship or by express.

Payment and Delivery

Sample time?

Generally, the sample time is about 7–10 days.

Production time?

Generally, 30-45 days for OEM hats;

2-15 days for ODM hats, such as embroidery logo, print logo, patch logo.

For blank hats, it will be sent within 1 day.

Rush fee?

If you are in a hurry, you can pay the rush fee.

What time must my blank order be submitted in order to be shipped the same day?

Orders must be received by 11:00 a.m. to be shipped the same day.

Terms of transportation?

By sea or air shipment, normal forwarder and nominated forwarder are both okay. By express, DHL、UPS、TNT & OCS all are most used.

Delivery will take 7-9 days by air.

Delivery will take 15-20 days by sea.

Payment?

Sample: Once you pay the full sample fee, we will start to make a sample for you.

Production: For orders over $10,000, you can pay in installments, with 50% for the first payment and 50% for the final payment; orders under $10,000 need to be paid in full.

We accept PayPal for trade assurance order,T/T,L/C,If choose in T/T,usually is 30% deposit and pay 70% deposit before shipment.

Can my order be changed after being submitted?

Orders cannot be changed once they enter the production process. It is usually too late to change an order because production begins immediately upon receipt.

Can I cancel my order?

Upon receipt, all orders are immediately entered into the production process. You can cancel your order before bulk production. Blank item orders cannot be canceled. Sample orders cannot be returned.

Return Policy

Qualified

Please check the correct style, size, color, and quality of all products before decorating, as we do not accept the return with the printing problems, stitches, or other changes.

Refund

Unless defects, such as damage to hats in transit, and errors in dressing, affect the sale of hats, due to the customer's own reasons, return is not accepted.

30 days

We will not accept return over 30 days for any reason. And you need to pay 20% purchase fee.

Claims for shortfalls or defects of goods must be filed within five days of receipt.

Refund process

Before returning the goods, be sure to contact Customer Service by e-mail, the reason for the return, the item photograph indicate, after negotiation, can return the goods.

Upon receving and inspecting of the product, credit will be processed based on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please process your refund within 10 days. Allow one or two billing cycles for refunds on your statement of account.
